On 16 October 1986 the pilot and the navigator of an Israeli
fighter-plane were forced to abandon the aircraft over the Sidon area in
Southern Lebanon due to an accident and both parachuted safely to the
ground. The pilot was picked up in an lDF rescue operation and brought
back to Israel. The navigator- Captain Ron Arad - was captured by
members of the Lebanese Shiite organization, Amal.
OPERATION JUST
CAUSE
Operation Just Cause is a non
funded assembly of persons from around the world, united in their desire
to achieve the fullest possible accounting of Americans missing and
unaccounted during the Vietnam war and all wars.
If you don't already have a POW/MIA to make a webpage for
here's the chance to honor a hero.

I believe we have the Right and
Responsibility
to Demand and Receive a True and Complete Accounting
of our POW/MIA.
I will do whatever I can to promote that belief.

My website contains my work/research on
USAF CPT. George D. Macdonald, shot down over Southern Laos on 21 Dec
1972. To all Veterans I say to you
with deep sincerity, "Welcome Home" and "Thank You for
your service to our Country." Many of our Veterans came home from
military service in Southeast Asia and were subjected to awful
treatment by this Nation and it's citizens. This is downright
shameful. This attitude has served no purpose other than great harm to
the souls of our Veterans.

Memories
I wanted to create this site
to honor the ones that were left behind after the Vietnam war ended. It is also
to, hopefully, help and assist the families that are still looking to find out
what happened to their loved ones that were forgotten.

My site chronicles the story of Maj. Howard Stephenson who was shot
down over Laos. I wore Mr. Stephenson's bracelet in the 70's for years. I was so
blessed to be able to have his name for my website. He is never far from my
consciousness. I am an adoptee and adopting Maj. Stephenson seemed to be a
natural course of events.

Like a dim lamp whose joys were
transcended,
I feel a worth and burdens lifted
A boundless eternity has a pattern
been sewn;
N'er to be weary nor regretting.
Confiding and pondering on-
solitude no more,
Lifted by YOUR promise, Ones infinety
is won.
