I was at FSB Wilson NEAR NINH HOA RVN from Sep 1970 until July 1971.
I am looking for people who were in the same location at the same time frame. Some time in the first few months of 1971 a young soldier from my unit "B" Btry 6/32 arty murdered several young women riding in a tiny Lambretta "Bus" with a Claymore mine. 4 or 5 were killed by the blast and
an equal number very badly wounded. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>. In 1996 the
VA granted me a service connected Permanent and Total disability rating based on being present at this this incident and having suffered the guilt
and shame of not speaking out about it. >>>>>>>>> Just this month the
VA has re-opened my claim and accused me of fabricating the incident.
On my original claim I listed one LTC, several Senior NCO's and two
Warrant Officers who I felt could if asked verify the truthfulness of my account. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Now almost 10 years later the
VA says they never looked for any of the people I offered as supporting witnesses and after 9 years of receiving 100% service connected
Permanent & Total compensation they say I have 60 days to provide NEW proof of this stressoe or lose my VA compensation and Benefits. <>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>The first time around with the VA claim I was in fairly good shape compared to today. Since the original claim I have added
cancer, enphysema and hypertension to my ailments. My memory is about gone and I am too weak to fight back.>>>>>>>>>>>> Unless I can find some people who were in the Ninh Hoa area the first few months
of 1971 and remember this horrible event. Anyone out there?>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Great article. Kudos for wonderful Ann Margret. Would love to see a group of Viet Nam Vets, especially POW's that had unfortunate contact with Jane Fonda, write a book about that experience. I believe it would be a best seller. Could be titled "The Fonda Chronicles and how I spent __ years as a Viet Nam Prisioner of War" or something catchy like that. I really mean it...it would sell big. Those stories need to be told in a big way.

My book, Of Their Own Accord, is finally in print! It details the heroics
of our Ranger unit in Nam. See http://oftheirownaccord.com. I have a favor to request. My publisher wants me to coordinate purchases through Amazon to potentially catapult my book to be a "Best Seller,"
if only for an hour or a day, so that the publisher can advertise that status through its national sales force. Conseequently, I request you support this Ranger Request to submit your purchase through Amazon (the lowest price)on May 27th, preferably between the hours of 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm Eastern Standard Time).
Of course, I would also appreciate you mentioning this request to anyone else you know who might enjoy obtaining a copy of my book. I will proudly send an autographed bookplate to affix to the inside cover to anyone who requests it.

I appreciated your site. I am desperately trying to find additional information about Agent Orange linking Diabetes for my husband, who is a retired Army sgt. He shows on his DD214 that he was stationed in Korea during the Vietnam War. He remembers certain things like they did use the spray along the DMZ but he was there in 1971. He also remembers the storage of the chemical. Is there anyway ANYONE could assist in finding out the true story? Maybe a study of how many have Type II diabetes, soldiers who were stationed at the same place as my husband during 1971? Thanks to ANYONE who could help.

Great site--with tons of information. I have been trying to track down info about my father's service during WWII. The info found here gives me additional leads. I am still trying to find out anything about Company B, 3110 SS Bat which entered France on July 7, 1944. He was with that unit thru mid December 1944 before being sent back to England and then the US. Anyone have any info???

GET POLITICAL. There is a veterans abuse revolution going on. State after state of the Reform Party is initiating veterans investigations. Indiana's Veterans Industrial Party ran a Presidential candidate in 2004. While the Democans and Republicrats pimp for veterans votes on behalf of JFK II and King George II, www.veteransparty.us is breaking into the national ranks with its FLorida U. S. Senate candidate.
